In the event of exceptionally high tides, the tour may be cancelled and a refund will be provided • The tour may be multilingual in the winter season, depending on the number of participants • Backpacks and bags are not allowed inside the Doge's Palace for security reasons and must be left in the cloakroom. To avoid delays, you are kindly requested to take as few bags as possible
